Block Patterns - Our current technology can easily provide Basic Block Patterns for the full variety of human, mannequin, and 3D virtual fit models.

Flat Pattern Design Work Station – Garments designed on our 2D Work Station will be immediately available for fit referencing of mass produced garments, and custom fit of made-to-order garments.

3D Design Work Station – This innovation does not currently exist in the marketplace. It will provide the 3D virtual design process with instant patterns to test in the virtual environment and fine-tune before ordering physical samples, thus providing substantial reductions in time and cost.

Improved Fit Systems – By analyzing the demographic and geographic data of our scan customers, we will be able to extract the best fit matrix for each designer, and be able to determine the best allocation of product mix for each location.
